Great person always going to be difficult

I’ve been dealing with many individuals during my childhood, studying time & working time as well. We have a kind of people who could settle just being ordinary, do what they usually do and don’t bother anything extra. It is good, but it’s just not great.

On the other hand, we have some odd creature who loves challenging more, love being on the upper hand & have a little extra compare to others.

Before I proceed, It wasn’t my intention to say which is right or which is wrong. You’re the one whose going to decide.

Through my experience, ordinary people usually very easy to compromise. Then we have a few fussy people you’ll feel like smacking their face rapidly. Honestly speaking, those ‘fussy you’ll feel like smacking their face’ type is mostly outstanding people in what they do.

Ordinary people always fail to notice a very tiny yet important detail that great people somehow will be able to notice. So that makes great people look fussy in the eyes of the ordinary.

I’ve read a book somewhere before (which i already forgot) “great people has a tunnel vision” they can clearly see what is the target. They really know what they want and they know how to get it. They have the final image of things they want. You come to them with a proposal, they’ll have things to argue because the final image is at the back of their head.

So guys, if you want to be great but not really sure how to start, just be a little difficult, a bit fussy & care a little about details. And ohh… Happy Syawal!!

So, what’s next?

I’ve always been involve in many projects, evaluation, test, experiment and such things in the past. During those days,  it means nothing  to me. I prefer to complete the damn thing quickly so I won’t need to bother about it anymore.

Experiment during my studying time is just because it is requirement and people asked me to do it. That’s what we’ve been taught since primary school up until the highest level of our study? No,  maybe I just have myself to blame there.

Rutin=Boring?

Kalau korang pernah baca blog aku zaman muda remaja dulu, aku pernah berblog pasal tajuk ni.

Setuju? Tak setuju tak apa  aku akan buat kau setuju.

Small

People tend to turn their attention towards something big but often fail to notice the importance of something small. A house was built from a small brick, matters start from a small particles, even human start from a small egg and sperm. Now who said small is nothing.

When I voice out my opinion supporting a Boycott Zionist product campaign, people start questioning “Even if you’re contributing, how many percent? 0.00001%?, that is nothing!” Friends, this little things call effort doesn’t need to be big but still, it is something.

When your hand want to put something on a donation box, Mr. Syaitannirrajim started to whisper “Elehh, sikit macam tu tak yah derma x pe, baik buat duit minyak motor kau”…

My friend, Allah does not judge on how big your contribution is, but your sincerity… so let it be small but benificial.

Remember this concept “E&E”… It’s effect and effort…The later one is much more important. How much you work for something(effort), not how the end product will look like(effect). We human can only put our best effort, but in the end, it is Allah to decide whether it’ll be successful or not…

Don’t afraid of being small, never hesitate to work on something small, and don’t ever ignore something small because, it is something…and can be proved to be really something…

So, let us start putting our best in everything we do. Stop moaning, stop questioning how big/small things are… It won’t solve a thing but this small thing can…EFFORT

Things about Failure

  1. In 1962, four nervous young musicians played their first record audition for the executives of the Decca recording Company. The executives were not impressed. While turning down this group of musicians, one executive said, “we don’t like their sound. Group of guitars are on the way out.”
  2. In 1954, Jimmi Denny, manager of the Grand Oly Opry fired a singer after one performance. He told him, “Your ain’t goin’ nowhere…son. You ought to go back to drivin’ a truck”
  3. A school teacher scolded a boy for not paying attention to his mathematics and for not being able to solve simple problems. She told him that he would not become anybody in life. His mother however believed in him and coached him in math.
