So, what’s next?

I’ve always been involve in many projects, evaluation, test, experiment and such things in the past. During those days, it means nothing to me. I prefer to complete the damn thing quickly so I won’t need to bother about it anymore.
Experiment during my studying time is just because it is requirement and people asked me to do it. That’s what we’ve been taught since primary school up until the highest level of our study? No, maybe I just have myself to blame there.
What we used to do when we get a good result is we’ll start drawing a conclusion and that’s it. We’re very easy to be satisfied. We’ll start seeking for a compliment, reward, promotion and “a rainbow”.
On the other hands, if our result is not as well as expected, then we’ll give a reason why, blaming a things outside our control. More of an excuse I’ll say. I don’t know why but this is what we love doing. Complains about things that is out of our hand.
So the trend is, we’ll get the satisfaction if we get result as expected and start pointing fingers if we don’t. What most of us fail to do is asking what’s wrong with our piece of work regardless of how flawless we think our works are.
Many fail to notice that by asking “what is wrong with my work?”, will actually open a floodgate of ideas that possibly beyond our imagination. Just try it. It’ll trigger more improvement ideas I dare to say.
Just recently I understand the importance of this term “next action” beyond the good result we manage to achieve. Result is just a result, what matters is how you move from that point. So, next…
